Access Deb’s decision framework to identify the awards best aligned with not only your programs and initiatives
(i.e., the awards you could win), but also less obvious variables including:
Your company leadership and their priorities
Your competition
How you’d leverage a win
2. WHAT’S OUT THERE
Get Deb’s help to strategically evaluate which awards are the right fit for your team by assessing factors like:
Difficulty: How much time, energy, and focus will you need to compete effectively? The questions, application window, allowed (or required) exhibits or demos, and even word count will all determine the effort—and resources—required.
Winnability: If you’ve got the right stuff, what are your chances of walking away with an award?
Transparency: Are the judging process and winning criteria clear? Can you access scoring details, a judging rubric, list of judges, and/or other specifics? Will you automatically receive—or could you request—feedback on your final result?
3. MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
Deb can help you build a strategic plan to “stack” your submissions: Apply for award A in January, repurpose that application for award B in May, etc.
