Bio: Deb Arnold, Winning Expert
Focus
Deb Arnold has developed deep specialized expertise in recognition and thought leadership for talent professionals, particularly in learning & development. She has served global industry leaders such as Accenture, Avanade, Best Buy, BNSF Railway, Dollar General, Hilton Worldwide, Jiffy Lube, Keller Williams Realty, SAP, Verizon, Visa, Walgreens, Yahoo and YUM! Brands.
Deb brings to her work decades of marketing communications experience, fierce writing chops and, most of all, the drive to win. She loves to see clients achieve recognition, both externally from their industries and internally from senior stakeholders.
In addition, for nearly three years Deb honed her craft working in-house, full time, at Accenture, collaborating on recognition-related communications with leaders and subject matter experts across the Talent, Rewards & Experience team and beyond. Deb also conceived and launched an enterprise support program for applicants to the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards; these innovative tools and resources, unique at the global professional services firm of 730,000+ employees, helped nearly triple Accenture’s wins during her tenure (from 66 in 2020 to 182 in 2023).
