Deb earned an MBA in Management and Marketing from Columbia Business School in New York City, and graduated cum laude with a BA in International Relations from Tufts University, near Boston, MA.
She established her first communications consulting practice in 1994 in Israel, where she lived for seven years; there she rode the Internet wave from beginning to end and hosted a weekly jazz show on the country’s first all-English radio station.
Now based in Seattle, she has lectured on business communications at the University of Washington and Washington State University and has served as pro bono communications adviser to several local non-profits.
Her passions include food, travel, classical choral singing and winning iron chef competitions for charity.
